Arriving in Christchurch we had to pick up the car i had rented from Jucy. Almost all good if the GPS i had hired by Internet wasn't unavailable. We were quite disappointed because of that, but we thought about buying one instead.
Using a paper map we arrived in the City Centre of Christchurch and checked into the Base Backpacker.
Acording the time (10.00 am) we could not go to room before 2.00 pm, as it was being cleaned. To not waste our time, we walked around the city and did the tourist things, such as the Tram and the Gondola.
Up to the Mount by the Gondola, we did a small treking to have a look around. Small but really tiring, as we hadn't slept since the nap at the day before.
Back to the hostel, we cooked our LINNER (Lunch + Dinner) and then had a beer at the bar of the hostel. Really quiet, Fabricio went to bed and Thiago and I tried to find another place to go. Nobody at the street, nobody at the bars, Bars closed. It was Sunday. Nothing to do at all, we went to bed.
